The third Fat Loaf, a 100-cover restaurant and bar on the site of the former Didsbury Village Restaurant and Steak and Kebab eatery on Wilmslow Road, Didsbury Green ,occupies a Grade ll listed building.
It is one of the areas great character buildings and is among the oldest in the original centre of Didsbury’s vibrant, cosmopolitan village.
A sympathetic restoration was required and Dawnvale obliged by aiding the owners in creating a traditional old wooden bar with slate tops enshrouded in a thick hardwood bullnose top.
Moving onto the kitchen was like going through a time machine, top quality and state of the art cookline equipment aid the Michelin trained Chef’s in their pursuit of nirvana heaven.
