The Hotel Jewel in Manchester’s crown has to be Great St John Street.
Upon the successful completion of the new bar in the Didsbury Park Hotel, Dawnvale were then approached with a further project to design and build a bar and kitchen on the ground floor, breakfast bar on the first floor and a roof top bar within this exclusive venue.
Perfect for the most demanding of guests not wishing to compromise on any aspect of their trip, the hotel simply oozes opulence.
This old Victorian School House was transformed into a chic townhouse hotel with unique individually designed bedrooms and dining areas.
To compliment this fantastic building, we designed manufactured and installed an oyster shaped bar finished with a hand crafted Zinc top with a proud bullnosed edge. Top of the range coolers and glass washers meant design wasn’t overshadowed by practicalities.
Utilising our services ensured the most energy efficient and productive kitchen was established for the operation. Our well designed commercial kitchen is a work area that produces the maximum efficiency, which keeps to a minimum wastage of labour, energy and material.
