Living Ventures is a trendy multi level concept that has grown rapidly and profitably.
The first brand, Living Room, is a piano bar and restaurant concept that can be mixed and matched with a number of different modules. The add-ons include the high energy lounge style ‘Mosquito Bar Nightclub’, the more traditional ‘Dinning Room’ restaurant, and the non fee paying private members bars ‘The Study’ and ‘The Vampire Suite’.
Dawnvale have been instrumental in the application of the living room concept, and have successfully provided all the bars and kitchens for each of the following, using the availability at each site which predicts the modules (mentioned above) for each project.

What We Did
Manchester
Ground Floor Main Bar.
1st Floor ‘The Study Bar’And The Dispensary Bar In The
Dinning Room’.
2nd Floor, The V.I.P Bar.
Liverpool
Ground Floor Main Bar.
Basement ‘Mosquito’ Nightclub.
Lower Basement, ‘The Vampire Suite’.
Other Living Room sites include Leeds, Birmingham, Chester, Oxford, Glasgow and the newly completed Milton Keynes site to name a few.
Dawnvale not only provided the bars and kitchens, but also supplied the refrigeration, cellar cooling, equipment, ventilation and the designs.
