Working with a limited budget and space, Dawnvale’s requirements from Manchester University was to maximise the potential of food sales.

Dawnvale produced a high capacity grab and go snack unit that is capable of serving 200 people per hour, serving an extensive range of hot and cold snacks and drinks.

This was achieved by considering the customer type and the location of the unit, along with the limited time to serve customers. Dawnvale took time to carefully plan the set up of the unit and paid particular attention to the choice of equipment to maximise efficiency when serving the customer.

The grab and go unit is a compact pre built unit that slots into the required space. Fully fitted, it features all the electrical installation pre wired which simply connects the existing service.
