Upon receiving a recommendation from the owner of Chao Phraya, (a project successfully completed by Dawnvale in 2007), The Vegetarian Society cooking school in Altrincham approached Dawnvale with a brief to redesign the existing kitchen.
Dawnvales brief was to create a clean, crisp and light teaching and working environment.
This involved various building works and the installation of a false ceiling, all of the ventilation and lighting requirements.
They especially wanted the whole project managed by Dawnvale thus producing a “Turn Key Operation�.
The project was completed in May 2008
