The Catering Awards UK 2025 recognised our work across multiple Hickory’s Smokehouse projects. For every new venue, we manufacture a bespoke commercial kitchen, carefully adapting each layout to suit a different building while maintaining the consistency needed for Hickory’s distinctive cooking style.
The FoodInSpace Awards 2025 recognised our work on The Cut & Craft Manchester, with the project shortlisted across four categories and winning the Luxury Venue award.
This recognition reflects the collaboration between the owners, Studio Two Interiors, Dawnvale and the wider delivery team, combining creative vision, technical expertise and craftsmanship to bring an ambitious hospitality space to life.
At the Fit Out Awards UK 2025, Dawnvale won two awards. Cut & Craft received another industry accolade, adding to what is one of the most awarded projects we have ever delivered. We also celebrated Alan Davis being named Project Manager of the Year, recognising the dedication and leadership he has brought to Dawnvale throughout his career.
The Mix Awards 2025 recognised the work behind The Cut & Craft Manchester, with Studio Two Interiors’ approach to blending historic character with contemporary hospitality being shortlisted.
The project showcases a considered use of natural materials, sustainability and attention to detail, creating a space that balances elegance, functionality and the unique identity of the venue.
The Stadium Business Design & Development Summit 2025 recognised Dawnvale Group’s work across the stadium and live events sector, with nominations for Box 2 Box at St Andrew’s and the Electric Lounge and Acoustic Lounge at Utilita Arena Birmingham. We were also recognised as an Industry Partner, reflecting our continued collaboration with leading venues across the UK.

The nominations highlighted the Manchester City Stadium Store, Birmingham City F.C. The nominations included projects for Manchester City FC, Forbidden Florist and The Restaurant Bar & Grill Leeds, highlighting our expertise in delivering innovative spaces that enhance customer experiences through bespoke craftsmanship, collaboration and expert fit-out delivery.
Dawnvale Group was recognised at the Northern Design Awards, winning the Best Bar and Restaurant Design category for RUMBA in Congleton. Delivered in collaboration with Jimi Pearce Design, the project transformed an empty shell into a vibrant tiki-inspired venue within just eight weeks, showcasing Dawnvale’s expertise in creating distinctive hospitality spaces through bespoke fit-out, craftsmanship and innovative solutions.
