Box-2-Box
This eagerly awaited fan bar is a testament to creativity and transformation. What was once an unused area beneath the seating structure has been reimagined into a vibrant space. We removed tonnes of rubble to create an expansive bar with goal post entrances on either side, accessible directly from within the stadium. Box-to-Box now proudly holds the title of the longest stadium bar in Europe, sure to become a fan favourite.

The Box 2 Box bar has extensive features that embrace comfort and functionality for the fans that choose to calm down the summer heat and enjoy a beer.
It has a large bar area with 13 till points designed to handle the largest volume of customers reducing waiting times for your drink.
Behind the bar, sit multiple fridges and heated cabinets that keep a range of food and drink options easily accessible. Considering the high number of fans, speed is a priority at the bar and we have designed it for just that.
The furniture at the bar is durable and built to last. It features steel framed tables with solid timber tops and well mounted poser shelves that can easily withstand the energetic atmosphere. The furniture is to enhance fan comfort while reducing maintenance costs for the establishment.
Just to round-up that fan-centric atmosphere and build up to the game, there is a dedicated fan bar near the Box-2-Box which is a social gathering spot for pre-match and half-time mingling.
The Boardroom
Formerly the Chairman's Lounge, this premium hospitality area has undergone a complete makeover. The space has been expanded by removing walls and adding new mezzanines. A stunning curved central bar and updated furnishings make this one of the most luxurious spots in the stadium, complete with private dining areas that elevate the experience for all guests.

The premium experience of the Boardroom extends beyond the luxurious layout and ambience and is paired with an exquisite dining experience. The Boardroom now includes an exclusive chef’s table enclosed by Crittall-style glass walls that offer views in the kitchen for that intimate dining experience.
The central bar is featured with a scalloped marble countertop that is crafted from a single Italian block and illuminated with halo lighting. The back bar is just as stylish featuring an illuminated oak display, a mirrored backdrop and polished brass stemware racks. It is the true definition of sophistication.
The boardroom now features suites in the main area that include a fully equipped boardroom at one end, complete with digital capabilities and break out rooms and the chef’s table at the other end. You can host different events ranging from high-end business meeting to private dinners.
The Boardroom is also open on non-matchdays giving the stadium and additional stream of income other than the matchdays.
The Boardroom is the clubs most premium hospitality space with exclusive spaces for corporate or social events and can also be tailored to suit small-to-medium groups as well.
The Garrison
Previously the Jasper Carrott Suite, The Garrison has been revitalised with a design that harks back to the 1920s Peaky Blinders era. Complete with authentic props from the show, including the iconic Garrison sign and a 1920s cycle, this space blends vintage charm with modern amenities.

Anchoring The Garrison is the dark oak bar with polished brass details, bull-nose edging and traditional wooden gantry. Behind it is an efficient, steel-built, Barmade system that ensures functionality, durability and seamless service to match up the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry in stadium settings.
The seating blends a mix of luxurious brown leather, banquette seating, wooden chairs, square tables and large round tables with folding legs. This approach offers flexibility for intimate and larger group setups.
Although The Garrison is inspired by tradition, the culinary experience and infrastructure is modern. You get to enjoy the amenities and the scenic pitch views and natural light from a long window that runs along the wall.
Different sections of The Garrison have different seating capacities making it ideal for different groups with capacities ranging from 20 guests for the boardroom-style to up to 150 guests for the reception style.
The Sponsors Lounge
Previously known as Legends, this suite has been completely reinvented. The space has been significantly expanded, with walls removed and mezzanines added, creating a more open and technologically advanced environment. With its new bar areas and high-end technology, the lounge will offer an experience unlike anything fans have seen before.

Some of the features that make this space outstanding include the immersive design that is driven by technology such as TV screens wrapped around pillars, LED ceiling banners and giant screens that broadcast match highlights and live stats.
The lounge also has a bar that features a striking frontage of blue mirrored tiles toped with sleek whit stone. There’s a dark stone effect on the shelving and mirrored access that add depth. A touch of LED lights add sophistication and depth to the appearance.
To give The Sponsors Lounge that personal touch, some of the Italian-style chairs are marked with player numbers giving the space a connection to some of the most iconic players at Birmingham City.
It’s important to note that the Sponsors Lounge is the stadium’s largest hospitability space and is perfect for everything ranging from matchday experiences to exhibitions, corporate events and even banquets.
The space can hold between 25 to 300 people depending on the capacity option you choose with boardroom having the least capacity and the standing option having the highest capacity at 300.
The 12 Lounge
Located in the Gilmerrik stand, the refurbishment began with a full strip-out, removing all VIP boxes and exposing original stadium brickwork. Hidden structural beams discovered during demolition were reimagined as design features, with bespoke plinths and metal grates subtly zoning the space. Full-length panoramic windows and dual bars were added to enhance the guest experience, while walnut-effect carpentry and upgraded washrooms brought warmth and quality throughout. Now accessed via the new ‘12’ entrance, the suite offers a modern, seamless hospitality experience with unbeatable pitch views at Birmingham City.
The Globe and Ball
Once a modest bar with exterior access, The Globe and Ball has been dramatically transformed. The space has been significantly extended beneath the stand, offering fans enhanced access from outside the stadium and a self-serve beer wall, which is sure to be a popular feature.
One of the iconic features at The Globe and Ball is the self-serve beer wall which heightens innovation. It is a sleek and integrated system where fans can pour their own craft beer or cider. The bar also has six Boxbar terminals connected to 12 taps.
Like other hospitality areas that we have worked on in Birmingham City’s stadium, The Globe and Ball bar is tuned for speed and convenience. Each Boxbar terminal can serve two pints in under 30 seconds so you spend less time waiting for your drink and more time soaking in the action.
The City View
To create this luxurious open-plan entertainment space, we demolished 16 old VIP boxes, resulting in a stunning area with panoramic pitch views. City View features dual bars and two state-of-the-art kitchens, providing an exceptional dining experience. Completed two weeks ahead of schedule, this space was ready just in time for a pre-season friendly match.
Offices
Our operational upgrade included removing the old offices to create additional space for expanded hospitality areas. The new offices have been designed with improved layouts, incorporating modern technology, boardrooms, and breakout areas. This redesign not only enhances functionality but also integrates seamlessly with the overall stadium upgrades.
Back of House and Connecting Spaces
With the introduction of upgraded hospitality suites, we also focused on enhancing the surrounding back-of-house areas. New storerooms and operational spaces were created to improve efficiency and support the expanded hospitality services. Additionally, the connecting areas, including bathrooms, stairways, and walkways, were modernized to ensure a cohesive and high-quality experience throughout the stadium.
