BP Pulse Hospitality Upgrade by Dawnvale

Earlier this year, we proudly completed the full fit-out and refurbishment of the hospitality suites at NEC’s BP Pulse Live Arena. Over a fast-paced, eight-week programme, our expert team managed and delivered the construction and installation across multiple key spaces, transforming the venue’s hospitality offering into a seamless and sophisticated guest experience.

The visionary interior design was created by Jump Studios, whose creative concept set the tone for this ambitious project. Our role was to bring their design to life through meticulous project management and expert fit-out delivery, ensuring every detail met the highest standards of quality and functionality.

The hospitality journey begins with a striking first impression. We refurbished the reception area and adjoining corridors to create a welcoming, elegant entrance that flows effortlessly throughout the venue. This included upgrading the outside doors to align with the fresh new look, ensuring a cohesive and polished arrival experience.

At the core of the arena, Tempo Lounge now buzzes with energy, featuring a bold central bar, high-top tables, inviting seating areas, and a custom-built pizza station with a large oven and multiple service points, perfectly equipped to accommodate hundreds of guests during live events.

The 4/4 offers a refined dining experience with plush sofas, banquette seating, and a feature bar, all completed with our expert fit-out to match the sophisticated design intent. It’s the perfect setting for relaxed, full-service hospitality before the show.
