Dawnvale at SVB Live Birmingham 2025

As Platinum Plus Sponsors, the Dawnvale team was proud to take part in this year’s SVB Live event in Birmingham, a leading conference for professionals in the stadium and arena industry.

Now in our second year sponsoring the event, SVB Live continues to grow in scope and quality, bringing together the brightest minds and most influential brands in sports, live entertainment, and venue development. Across three days, the event delivered valuable insight, networking opportunities, and a first-hand look at the latest innovations shaping the future of stadium experiences.

The event opened on Sunday evening at the BP Pulse Live Arena, with the icebreaker taking place inside the recently refurbished premium lounges, a project Dawnvale proudly delivered earlier this year.

Working alongside Jump Studios, part of the Populous group, we transformed the space into a sleek, contemporary hospitality environment that perfectly set the tone for the evening. Guests were welcomed into the Premium Lounge reception before heading up to the Temp Lounge, where complimentary cocktails provided by Dawnvale and an open bar by Levy UK + Ireland created a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.

As conversations flowed, guests also enjoyed tours of the newly completed spaces, including the Showdeck and 4/4 Lounge, both examples of how thoughtful hospitality design can enhance fan and guest experiences within multi-purpose venues.

The main conference day was hosted at Aston Villa Football Club, where attendees arrived through the Club’s hospitality reception before exploring a curated exhibition of leading suppliers, service providers, and design experts from across the stadium and arena world.

The main stage featured a series of insightful talks from industry leaders, covering topics such as sustainability, guest experience, revenue optimisation, and digital transformation within stadium environments. Between sessions, guests enjoyed opportunities to connect, collaborate, and explore solutions driving the evolution of sports and entertainment venues.

Later in the day, delegates were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of Aston Villa’s latest stadium refurbishments, including upgraded concourses, premium suites, and VIP areas. Highlights included self-serve Guinness stations, the players’ changing rooms, and the new hospitality terraces overlooking the pitch, showcasing the diversity and creativity of modern venue design.

With a few more presentation taking place in the morning, the final day saw the event move across the city to Birmingham City FC’s St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park Stadium, another project close to home for the Dawnvale team.

As part of the Club’s major stadium renovation programme, we were proud to have delivered eight new hospitality spaces designed by Space Invader, ranging from VIP boxes and lounges to premium dining areas. During the tour, we shared insights into the design and fit-out process, highlighting how we manage complex refurbishments while venues remain operational and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
