Dawnvale Triumphs at the 2025 Fit-Out Awards UK

We are thrilled to announce that Dawnvale has achieved outstanding success at the 2025 Fit-Out Awards UK, winning two of the three categories in which we were nominated.

Our work on The Cut & Craft Manchester earned us the coveted Fit-Out Project of the Year – Hospitality Restaurant, while our very own Alan Thomas was recognised as Fit-Out Project Manager of the Year. In addition, our Birmingham City F.C. hospitality upgrade was nominated for Hospitality Project of the Year, meaning we secured two wins from three nominations – a fantastic result for our team.

Now in its second year, the Fit-Out Awards UK highlight innovation, quality, and leadership across the UK fit-out sector. Building on the success of the original Fit-Out Awards Ireland, the UK edition has quickly become a benchmark for excellence, recognising the most ambitious and well-executed projects nationwide.

Our transformation of The Cut & Craft Manchester perfectly demonstrates how heritage restoration and modern luxury can coexist. Situated inside the Grade II-listed former Manchester & Salford Bank, this 9,000 sq. ft. space was reimagined over three months, with Studio Two Interiors providing the design vision and Dawnvale delivering the fit-out.

From navigating historic vault doors to preserving the building’s architectural features, every element required precision and creativity. The finished space combines rich blue and gold tones, glittering chandeliers, a private sommelier lounge, and the unique “Gossip Lounge,” offering a truly standout hospitality experience.

Behind every exceptional project is a leader who ensures everything runs seamlessly. Alan Thomas was instrumental in managing the Birmingham City F.C. redevelopment, coordinating multiple suites, kitchens, bars, and office spaces within a live stadium environment. His meticulous planning, logistical expertise, and leadership under pressure earned him this well-deserved award.

Even though our hospitality project at Birmingham City F.C. didn’t take home the trophy, being nominated for Hospitality Project of the Year was a testament to the scale, creativity, and speed of the redevelopment. Key highlights include:

Box 2 Box: One of Europe’s longest stadium bars, dug out beneath the Kop Stand.

The Boardroom: Luxurious suites with sweeping views, a curved central bar, and private dining rooms.

The Garrison: A Peaky Blinders-themed hospitality area paying homage to local culture.

The 12 Lounge: Modern, zoned VIP boxes with an American hospitality influence.

The Sponsors Lounge: A tech-infused, Vegas-inspired space for matchdays and events.
