On Site at Emirates Old Trafford: Supporting a Venue in Evolution

We’re proud to be on site at Emirates Old Trafford, marking our first project at one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues. Home to Lancashire Cricket Club since the 19th century, the ground has evolved into a leading multi-purpose destination, hosting international sport, major events and large-scale conferences.

In recent years, significant investment has transformed the venue into a true hospitality hub. The on-site Hilton Garden Inn, originally opened in 2017, forms a key part of that offer, with pitch-facing rooms, event spaces and facilities designed to enhance the guest experience. Continued development, including hotel expansion and new event spaces, is further strengthening its position as a world-class destination.

Our role in the refurbishment of the Hilton Garden Inn contributes to this ongoing journey. Working within a live, high-profile environment, the focus is on delivering a high-quality finish that supports the venue’s ambition to continually elevate its hospitality and event offering.

With works now underway, we look forward to sharing progress as the project develops.
