Dawnvale was born in the kitchen. Founded by Neil Guest, a former chef with a first-hand passion for improving operational flow and efficiency, we have grown from a kitchen specialist into a complete Design & Build contractor.
Because Neil understands the brutal reality of running a live venue, our entire business is geared around taking design concepts and turning them into fully delivered spaces.

John has been with Dawnvale for over 25 years,
starting his journey on the tools as an engineer and
working his way up to Managing Director.
Having climbed through every level of the business, he has a ground-up understanding of what it takes to deliver a project. John has been instrumental in guiding some of our most successful and complex fit-outs from the initial planning stages straight through to completion.
Today, he uses that deep engineering and operational expertise to lead the company, ensuring our teams maintain the exact standards of quality and execution that Dawnvale was built on.
