The ground floor kitchen was designed with a theatre-style kitchen complete with a wood-burning Asado grill and chicken rotisserie. The idea was to create an open plan kitchen at the heart of the restaurant.

The dramatically outfitted theatre kitchen features a zinc bar counter top and high bar stools so customers can view the chefs in action, and the beautiful wood burning grill.

Our bar designers created a 16-metre central island cocktail bar system, with eight cocktail stations, speed rails and hanging glass racks, an illuminated tiled frontage and a beautiful wooden bar top.

As diners enter the Forge’s ground floor restaurant, they are greeted by a brand new, six-metre bar with a folded pewter counter top, statement lighting and shelf storage.

For a venue like Forge, specialist storage and equipment is often needed. In the basement, we created a bespoke cold room, complete with Hoshizaki ice makers, to keep the cocktails coming.

The ground floor of Forge plays host to a sophisticated restaurant, while the basement is divided into two primary areas: a nightclub and an elegant late night cocktail bar.

In the basement, we created two bars: a 20-metre island bar with six cocktail stations, a distressed steel bar-top, pass-thru double doors, and Unifrigor bottle coolers, and a nine-metre club bar with bespoke cocktail stations, a concrete front and a wooden bar top.

The nightclub features sumptuous private booth seating, fabricated with bespoke metalwork and upholstered with deep buttoned leather, and mood lighting to show off the stylised industrial design perfectly.
