Dawnvale managed the project from start to finish, including constructing a new structure from scratch on sandy terrain, which posed unique challenges. This had to be completed before preparing for the full internal fit-out. For more details on the construction click here.

This extension was the perfect addition to the building, replacing light-blocking walls with panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light. We seamlessly continued the original Oceanic vibe into the new area, ensuring it matched the stunning Monkeypod tables we had initially installed.

With the main wall removed, the existing bar was extended and wrapped around the corner, tripling its length to accommodate a new sushi bar and wood-burning pizza oven. We also installed a new precious stone countertop that spans from the old bar to the new one.

Capitalising on the idyllic views and sandy beaches, we increased the outdoor seating to 72 by installing luxurious new furniture, creating an inviting and comfortable dining area to attract passing trade.
