This project was a full turnkey fit out including project scope, full design package, joinery and fabrication services, bar design and a full extraction system. The project was completed with the fit out of a new prep kitchen complete with a new pass to the original kitchen.

To meet the client's desire for a modern and inviting bar, we concentrated on the centrepiece. We installed a 12-meter-long island bar with timber frontage and a copper effect finish, along with a customised stainless steel bar system, creating an open and high-quality drinks service environment.

The introduction of a new prep dessert kitchen and kitchen pass to the original kitchen created significant enhancements to their culinary capability. These strategic additions have been carefully conceived to complement and elevate the menu offerings recently introduced.

We incorporated fixed seating and private booths for those seeking a personalised experience, elevated stools for a casual bar atmosphere, traditional dining tables and chairs for restaurant patrons, and plush armchairs for those seeking a luxurious dining experience.
