This area originally housed outdated VIP boxes that had long passed their prime. By removing them, the team transformed the space into a single, expansive hospitality suite, offering a significantly upgraded, fan-focused experience. The redesign nearly tripled capacity while making full use of the stunning panoramic windows that span the room’s entire length, creating a more open, premium atmosphere.

During demolition, an unexpected challenge surfaced, structural stadium supports hidden between the old VIP boxes and missing from original drawings. These couldn’t be removed, threatening the open-plan design. Instead, the team turned them into features. Plinths were added at each beam’s base for safe, clear passage. To define zones without blocking light or openness, steel mesh dividers were installed beneath the beams, adding both function and an industrial edge to the space.

In a nod to co-owner Tom Brady, The Twelve channels an American sports bar vibe. High tables with classic brown leather stools create a casual yet premium feel. A bold feature wall with club colours and fan imagery anchors the space in Birmingham City identity. Along the plinth by the panoramic windows, two-seater tables offer unbeatable pitch views, giving guests the perfect spot to dine while enjoying the matchday action.

To ensure efficient service in the large suite, The Twelve includes fully equipped bars at each end. Both feature striking blue-tiled fronts, stone countertops, and brass stemware gantries that add sophistication. Matching brass accents on the back bars create a cohesive, eye-catching focal point. Designed for more than function, the space enhances the overall hospitality experience, combining style and practicality to serve guests seamlessly in an elevated environment.
