Piccolino – Heddon Street, Mayfair
Piccolino's Heddon Street is a prominent establishment in London's dining scene, featuring two floors, outdoor dining, a theatre-style kitchen, and a cicchetti bar. Being under the ownership of The Individual Restaurant Group, with whom we have a long history of collaboration, they trusted Dawnvale to deliver a high-quality renovation under a tight schedule ahead of peak trading.
ur efficient fast-track approach enabled us to complete the comprehensive multi-floor refurbishment within a mere 6 weeks, drastically reducing revenue downtime. Works included the manufacture of a high-end bespoke bar with bevelled mirrors, backlit pockets, and polished brass accents, topped with a premium quartz counter. We also installed a complete front-of-house theatre kitchen and enhanced the external layout to maximise the venue's popular alfresco dining experience.
Feya – Knightsbridge
When the beautiful Marylebone bakery brand Feya decided to open a flagship second location in Knightsbridge, the project’s lead designers at FormRoom approached us to bring their highly creative vision to life.
The brief centred on transforming the venue into an ethereal "enchanted forest" packed with unique, influencer-friendly features. Dawnvale provided complete design development, build, project management, and aftercare services over a fast-track six-week period. Key works included sourcing and manufacturing statement birdcage-style seating, hanging flower chandeliers, and holographic wall gems. We also delivered premium cafe furniture, including custom scalloped crushed velvet seating and marble counters finished with elegant gold detailing.
Bombay Central – London
The inspiration for Bombay Central comes from the bustling, urban atmosphere of India's historic railway stations. Dawnvale was commissioned as the primary restaurant contractor to capture this raw industrial essence and combine it with a sleek, contemporary dining feel.
Our teams stripped the venue back to restore and expose the original structural brickwork. The complete hospitality fit-out took just 10 weeks and delivered two bespoke bars and two energy-saving commercial kitchens featuring advanced KERS heat recovery, low-energy induction woks, and planning-compliant odour control. Front-of-house works featured a central marble island bar with integrated cocktail stations, cracked leather booth seating, and a private basement function room designed to maximise site potential.
Sky Garden – The Walkie Talkie Skyscraper
Dawnvale was commissioned to manufacture and supply the bespoke contract furniture for the flagship restaurant within Sky Garden. Sitting 36 floors above the city, the unique skyscraper location presented immense vertical logistical challenges.
The project was an exercise in precise coordination, requiring over 200 chairs and 60 tables to be disassembled by hand at ground level to fit the building's lift constraints, before being reassembled in situ. Adhering to a sleek, minimalist design brief, we supplied custom-manufactured table tops on Italian-styled bases set to exact dining heights, alongside high-tier upholstered Italian leather dining chairs, armchairs, and low chrome stools.
Pilots Bar & Kitchen – London Heathrow
Located in London Heathrow, Pilots Bar & Kitchen is a high-volume airport eatery managed by premium caterer and restaurateur Rhubarb. Inspired by the golden age of travel, the vintage-inspired venue required exceptionally durable furniture to match its high-traffic environment.
Collaborating with O2 Creative, Dawnvale delivered a full loose and fixed furniture package on time and on budget. Marking our second successful collaboration with Rhubarb, we supplied robust dark-wood and vibrant yellow freestanding chairs paired with brushed steel tables. To maximise seating capacity and passenger comfort, we integrated comfortable multi-level seating zones, including raised bar stools and deep-panelled leather booths against the walls.
Forge – City of London
Dawnvale was brought on to transform Forge, an ambitious three-storey venue by Novus Leisure in the centre of the city. Versatility was critical to the brief, as the industrial, stripped-back space needed to function seamlessly as a restaurant, cocktail bar, and nightclub.
We designed and delivered an open-plan ground-floor theatre kitchen complete with a wood-burning Asado grill, a chicken rotisserie, and a zinc bar counter with high stools for guest viewing. To handle high-volume trading, our teams manufactured a massive 16-metre central island cocktail bar with eight independent stations, alongside a secondary six-metre arrival bar featuring a folded pewter countertop and statement lighting.
TGI Fridays – Nationwide & Greater London Rollout
Our long-standing partnership with TGI Fridays has seen Dawnvale deliver bespoke furniture and fit-out elements for multiple high-volume sites nationwide. This extensive rollout included major flagship and hub locations surrounding the capital, engineered to withstand exceptionally high footfall while maintaining the brand's vibrant aesthetic.
Our scope across the Greater London network included the complete supply of contract furniture, bespoke booth seating, and durable bar finishes tailored to each site’s footprint. Key locations delivered within this rollout included Watford just north of the London boundary, Lakeside in Essex, Bluewater in Kent, and the former central hub at Leicester Square. Managing these simultaneous, fast-paced rollouts across busy retail parks and high-street locations further demonstrates our ability to deliver consistent quality across multi-site hospitality contracts.
The Hive at Croxley Park – Watford
Croxley Park is a premier 700,000-square-foot campus business development on the M25. Elior, leaders in British contract catering, approached Dawnvale to deliver the full interior hospitality fit-out for The Hive, an ambitious two-storey staff restaurant featuring a lakeside terrace, built to serve the park's 2,400 employees.
Dawnvale provided a complete turnkey service, taking the empty structural shell from groundworks through to completion in just over two months. Our team executed all internal structural works, including the installation of a new mezzanine floor, alongside a complex, energy-efficient electrical and plumbing scheme. Designed with high-volume operational flow in mind, the completed venue provides a seamless, modern dining and social environment for the entire business park.
