BOTTLE STEPS

Our back bar displays come complete with in-built bottle steps, available in single, double and treble, all available in partial- and full-width configuration. Our bottle steps can also be fitted with bespoke LED lighting for increased visibility where needed.

LOAD-BEARING BACK BAR

Our stainless steel back bar displays are load-bearing and fully welded to our lower bar displays for complete stability and optimal hygiene. Every back bar display we create is completely bespoke to your individual requirements and space.

RACKS + SHELVING

Our design and operation-led back bar displays are fully customised to your venue’s needs. We can design and manufacture a unique configuration of glass and metal racks and shelving to ensure that everything your servers need is within easy reach.

BAR OPTICS + SPEED RAILS

We can manufacture and install bar optics, optic rails and speed rails in a variety of finishes. Ideal for fast-paced, high-volume bars, professional optics offer a quick, reliable and accurate way of dispensing drinks, and give a pleasingly neat and uniform appearance to your back bar.

REFRIGERATION

Dawnvale is the only UK distributor of UNIFRIGOR refrigerators - superior quality commercial refrigeration systems. UNIFRIGOR back bar fridges feature an external compressor for more refrigeration and storage space, and easier cleaning, maintenance and repairs.

UNDER COUNTER BOTTLE + WINE COOLERS

We can supply a range of single- or double-door under counter coolers, including bottle chillers, wine coolers and horizontal multi-use refrigerators, specifically designed for drinks and ideal for storing mixed stock.

UPRIGHT BOTTLE + WINE COOLERS

For busier bars serving larger quantities of bottled drinks, we’re able to source and install a wide range of upright bottle and wine coolers. Our upright fridges - ideal for wine, beer and soft drinks - are available in single- and double-door configuration.
