An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated Project Manager/ Client Manager to join our hugely successful team. You will be responsible for account management of existing and new business opportunities, within the bar, restaurant and hotel fit out sector.

• Prospect, nurture and manage your clients
• Experience of the hospitality offering for the company at any client facing engagements
• Establish and engage new clients, incoming enquires, trade and networking events
• Maintain an excellent level of market knowledge and have a creative and pro-active approach when engaging with new clients
• Working with architects and designers
• Collate customer quotations using our internal quoting system
• Site meetings

• Have a proven track record of success in previous hospitality fitout, kitchen and bar design would be beneficial however strong evidence of transferable skills would be considered
• Be consultative with a strong understanding of the sales process from initial lead generation to product presentation and closing skills
• Possess exceptional face to face sales and negotiation skills
• Be superbly organised and disciplined
• Have strong rapport building skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
• Posses a positive and approachable personality
